Beschreibung

On behalf of our client we are searching Freelance Support for following tasks and responsibilities:

End User Support specialist to cope with Customers services as support for their Companies in Germany.
The support will be provided onsite or remotely in our premises in NRW.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in the IT Support field, preferred in the banking sector. He/she must:
- be familiar with Windows 7 Ent. Suite and the coming versions of Microsoft products with standard “bundle” applications,
- have advanced knowledge of, and experience with various computer hardware, such as desktop and laptop computers, routers, laser printers, network equipment (network interface cards, etc), SCCM remote desktop and Citrix environments,
- have excellent troubleshooting, analytical, documentation and organizational skills. Work proactively at identifying and resolving potential or recurring client issues.
- be able to manage multiple client projects/issues simultaneously, work independently, maintain good records, and work well under pressure
A sampling of those tasks is listed below:
* Provide prompt, courteous and comprehensive service-request support, problem resolution, and when necessary, escalation of such requests for various business applications, desktop/laptop computer and LAN issues, including routine network administration, VPN ID Administration, Email Administration, and other general IT related tasks.
* Install and configure various hardware and software and troubleshoot hardware and networking problems


Required Skills are:
Technical background and experience
Client oriented
Microsoft Operating Systems (windows 7 and higher)
Microsoft applications and Client server applications
PC and laptop SW and HW installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Configuration and troubleshooting of network printing issues
Client networking configuration and troubleshooting
Java incidents identification and troubleshooting
Smartphone support: installation of apps, Active Sync configuration, reset
Configuration and troubleshooting of Blackberry devices
Tablet Pc support
Use of Remedy 8 as tool for ticketing, escalation and reporting
Cisco VPN
MS infrastructure (AD, SCCM, Print services...)
SCCM console and remote support
Citrix environments
German
English

Other knowledge skills
MCSE and/or other pertinent industry certification(s)
Knowledge of Linux
Knowledge of banking business
Spanish (A2 or higher) - would be a plus
