Desktop Support Analyst/Infrastructure Support Analyst/2nd Line Support - Berlin or Frankfurt
Desktop Support Analyst/Infrastructure Support Analyst - urgently required to work on contract in Berlin or Frankfurt.
You will be responsible for BAU 2nd Line/Desktop and infrastructure support. Knowledge of ITIL Frameworks, excellent troubleshooting skills to rapidly resolve complex Desktop, Server and Network problems.
Technical skills required: 2nd Line Desktop support, installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows Microsoft Vista. An understanding of 3RD line Infrastructure/Network support. Strong knowledge of Core Desktop Technologies: Microsoft Office Suite, Email Administration (Exchange ), Blackberry BES Adminstration, TCP/IP, CISCO, Citrix Anti-virus solutions, Backup Technologies & LAN/WAN Technologies. MCP/MCSE/MCDST qualification would be a distinct advantage.
