Skills:
• Proficient with most all flavors of Windows: Windows 2000, NT, XP and Windows 7 some Windows 8.
• MS Office , Outlook and Exchange Server from
• Active Directory, SMS, Ghost, TCP/IP, DHCP, Citrix, UNIX, MS-DOS, Macintosh.
• Knowledgeable in Network Communication Media cabling, Protocols and Topologies
• PC Upgrade & Repair, Installation, Configuration, Maintenance, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox
• Anti-Virus software such as Norton, Trend Micro, McAfee, Malware bytes and SPYBOT.
• Citrixs GoToAssist, LogMeIn, NetMeeting, VNC, Bomgard, PCAnywhere, Carbon Copy, Reachout
SUMMARY:
• Many years of direct experience in various IT related support roles.
• Supported thousands of users in small, midsize and large companies using ticketing software like Remedy, Support Magic, Track-it, Vantive and many others..
• Participated in multiple networks, desktop and email migration efforts.
• In an Active Directory environment Created Computer and User Accounts
• Setup and configured MS-Outlook email both online and on Exchange Server.
• Worked with a variety of LAN/WAN related equipment and have done installation and setup of Servers, Routers, Hubs and Switches.
Further Qualifications:
• Fluent in German, with strong English skills
• Basic experience with phone system support, network troubleshooting, AD, peripherals, vendor interaction, laptop imaging, asset tracking, MS Office, and Google Apps.
• KACE systems management experience desired
