BSS Project Manager
Your tasks:
- Responsible control, support and further development of billing processes and department interfaces, iin particular to the areas of finance, CRM and IT
- implementation of quality assurance measures and ensuring sustainable management error
- conducting analyzes and preparing position papers
- Ensuring and monitoring the achievement of quality and performance objectives
- Creation and development of Management Reporting
- Business leadership team
Your Profile:
- Alternatively, a completed commercial training with focus on IT, combined with several years of professional experience in a similar environment
- Very good procedural and systemic understanding of mass accounting processes and their infrastructure, for example, Oracle BRM, Comverse, Siebel
- Management experience, initiative and assertiveness
- High motivation associated with targeted and quality-action
- Experience in process analysis and project management as well as in cooperation with service providers
- Good communication skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Good command of spoken and written German & English
