SAP Helpdesk (FICO/SD/MM 1st Level Support) Consultant - English And German Speaking - Central Germany.
My client in Central Germany is looking for an SAP Helpdesk (FICO/SD/MM 1st Level Support) Consultant.
Requirements:
* SAP Helpdesk (1st level support) experience across SAP Financials, SD, MM
* 5 years plus experience in an international corporation
* Proficiency in German and English
* Flexibility to comply with current service time schedule (07:00-17:00 CET)
Tasks:
* SAP Helpdesk (1st level support) experience across SAP Financials, SD, MM
* iDoc monitoring
* SAP Ticket handling/monitoring using SAP Solution Manager and Cherwell
* Support Hotline
* Mail handling and distribution
* Customizing of white list topics
Start: 1st July Month Contract. Location: Central Germany (Possibility to work 1 day/week remotely from home).
