Aufgabe:
• Follow procedures to perform technical tasks related to identity governance and administration (IGA).
• Responsible for management of identities and its related user accounts in Active Directory, LDAP, RSA SecurID, SAP CUA, Oracle Waveset and other directory services or local systems.
• Responsible for management of groups, roles and other means of authorisation.
• Responsible for credential and password management for some accounts not delegated to the Service Desk role.
• Solve incident, request and problem tickets from IT Service Desk or internal customers related to identity governance and administration. As well as, maintain accurate documentation for the tickets dealt with.
• Dispatch tickets to the appropriate Solver Group when resolution within Operational Security is not possible. As well as, ensure timely escalation of tickets.
• Assess, propose and implement efficiency/effectiveness gains in Identity Governance and Administration procedures.
• Participation and support at external and internal audits.
• Review operational and technical security requirements in Operational Security Acceptance.
• Contribution to maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation related to security systems/components.
• Perform reconciliation activities for systems integrated with the Identity Governance and Administration system.
