For following duties we are searching for a Security Architect (m/f):Systems, Applications and Infrastructure Security Testing - Overview:
- Framework that helps the execution of an overarching security assessment for systems and applications and the underlying technical infrastructure.
- Service shall be provided on a time-and-means basis
- Penetration testing and configuration review of technical infrastructure services (e.g. LAN, WLAN, WAN, Storage Network, VOIP and VPN etc.) including their respective management systems and platforms.
- Application penetration testing and configuration review of applications including underlying platform, front-end, middleware and back components (e.g. operating systems, database servers, reporting services, Terminal servers, etc.).
Systems, Applications and Infrastructure Security Testing:
Common Web Applications stack:
- Apache
- Tomcat
- Java (Struts and Spring Framework)
- Oracle
- Web Methods
- Business Objects
Commonly used infrastructure:
- Windows Server/Solaris/Linux
- Citrix Terminal Servers
- Oracle Databases
- Microsoft SQL
Network Infrastructure:
- Cisco
- Juniper
- CheckPoint
Required Experience/Knowledge:
Systems, Applications and Infrastructure Security - Testing: Required profiles
- Solid foundation
- Mastery of Unix and Windows operating systems
- Good knowledge of networking and network protocols
- Solid experience in the security field and at least three years web application or infrastructure penetration testing (depending on the profile) experience for large enterprises
- Proven ability to find sophisticated vulnerabilities in widely used software (CVE, bugtraq or published research or comparable evidence)
- Ability to perform highly customized security tests using custom developed testing tools/scripts (preferably using Python)
- Ability to analyze proprietary network protocols
- Preferably, skilled in advanced testing techniques like (like manual source code review or fuzzing)
