Position Title: PMO Organization Structure expert (IBM)

Responsibilities:
Help to build or optimize PMO organization and delivery flow.
Responsible for the change management and process management from planning to implementation.
Analyze existing working structures, optimize business from a result / commercial oriented point of view.
Auditing, tracking and reporting business critical processes.
Schedule and organize workshops to achieve understanding.
Support in daily operational activities.
Prepare reports and documentations as required.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
10+ years of project management or project delivery experience with IBM
Familiar with organization structure / delivery flow / system regulations of IBM.
Experience in organizational / flow related projects, or in process optimization projects, while working with IBM.
High level of proven problem solving abilities in challenging environments.
Team leading / coordinating experience.
Languages: English and Mandarin mandatory.
