Project environment

A global Swiss Bank.

Tasks
• Coordinate the offshore validation process.
• Coordinate delivery plans.
• Ensures that the project follows standardization according to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Managing small changes in regards to Access Management services for different stakeholders/programs.
• Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
• Consult with users, management, offshore vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
• Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
• Manage activities and tasks, such as summaries, milestones, dashboards.

Requirements
• Experienced in project management in the context of software delivery.
• Offshore experience in Software Development is a strong advantage.
• Experience in software development projects and software integration projects.
• Strong communication skills and experienced in stakeholder management.
• Infrastructure experience.
• Knowledge in the IT Security Area, especially Identity and Access Management (IAM) are a strong asset.
• PMI, PMP or Scrum Master certificated would be an advantage.
• MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint know how.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
