Task:- Subject matter Expert on technical matters related to coperate email with focus on Exchange 2013
- Escalation point for resolutions of issues by coordinating appropriate resources to ensure timely resolutions
- Support the development and execution of the future technical roadmap for messaging collaboration and mobility
- Participate in the research and review of new technologies, equipment and services
- Analysis and resolution of complex performance problems and outages to software products ans systems support, escalating to and working with vendors as required
- Pro-active L3 problem management to identify and resolve potential client -impacting issues in the production environment
Requirements (Must have):
- 5 years experience on Exchange 2010 and 2013
- Expirience managing large scale Microsoft Exchange environments
- Deep technical knowledge and expirience with related technologies such as but not limited to Windows Server technologies, System Management, Active Directory, DNS, Proxies, Caching, load balancers, firewalls, DKIM/SPF, S/MIME
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Demonstrated strong project planning, delivery and presentation skills
