Senior Sourcing Manager (m/f) for IT infrastructure outsourcing contracts

Aufgaben:
Act as a central contact person for his area of responsibilities
outsourcing contracts as well as on the service providers’ side
to ensure a strategic sourcing approach
• Develop and implement a central supplier management with the aim of
• optimized collaboration between service providers and Share IT
• management of supplier communication and interfaces by regular coordination meetings
• effective governance structures to ensure timely escalation-/ resolution management
• Design and implement processes and tools for efficient supplier selection and monitoring as well as regarding a possible supplier change
• Establish and continuously improve well balanced relationships between providers of services (outsourcing partners), recipients of services (E.ON business units) and EBS Share IT.
• Ensure service quality and excellent service delivery is supported by the contracts
• Manage the contract portfolio and the contracts for the strategic infrastructure, application/ business process outsourcing and client software suppliers

Fach-Skills:
• University degree or Master in Information Technology, Business Administration, Law, Finance or equivalent professional qualification
• knowledge in IT-Services, Commercials
• experience in managing large outsourcing contracts
• experience in customer facing roles and senior business stakeholder management

Soft-Skills:
• negotiation skills with suppliers
• Ability to build excellent relationships with stakeholders, customers, colleagues and suppliers
• Excellent language skills in English and German
