For one of our international clients based in Berkshire, United Kindgdom, we are looking for a "Network Specialist for Contact Centre Programme (m/f)".

Your Tasks:

Main Purpose of the Role:
Responsibility for the delivery of Virtual Machines, Operating systems and Base Application software
Responsible for the provision of customer test environments and test data.
Responsible for the provision of customer production environments and test data.
Co-ordination and direction of the tasks and activities to deliver and test third party software hosted in our client's data centres
Manage and oversee all aspects of customer software testing, including test planning, resourcing, scripting and execution
Provide authoritative guidance relating to Network Specialist tasks and activities to the customer account team from requirements capture through build & test, to customer delivery and acceptance of the project
Provide timescale estimates for hardware and software implementation to the Customer Project Manager
Liaise with the customer test manager to co-ordinate appropriate test activities
Provide weekly reporting, against schedules and metrics
Input to the customer project governance and sign-off relating to the Network Specialist tasks and activities
Ensure all customer project documentation related to the Network Specialist area is produced in a timely manner and is reviewed and accepted by key stakeholders
Proactively manage multiple stakeholders internal and external to the business to ensure activity success.
Configure Cisco Routers, Loggers, CUBE-E’s and VXML Gateways
Build and Configure Core Cisco Applications for Contact Centre
Build and Configure Cisco Customer Applications for Contact Centre
Build and Configure 3rd party Customer Contact Centre Applications


Skills (Must have):
5 years+ experience of contact centre implementation and/or design
Experience with Cisco UCCE in a hosted environment and/or ICM version 9
Experience with Virtualised environments and VMWare
Telephony and Voice routing skills and experience
Experience with a service provider or carrier
Writing High Level Designs
Writing Low Level Designs
Lab Build and Some Testing Experience
Good Communication skills
Capability to work under significant pressure on high profile projects, with tight deadlines involving heavy penalties for failure.
Experience Supporting Customer deployments
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products (specifically Excel, Outlook and Word Access) ICM Scripting
Exony VIM experience
Works well independently and also in a team
Telecommunications Industry experience
Prior experience with Nuance and/or Verint software
Experience with Cisco Dialler or other 3rd Party Outbound Dialler (i.e. Rostrum or Aspect)
Experience with Acqueon Campaign Manager
Experience with QueueBuster software
English (mandatory - project language)
