Your Tasks
- IT User Help Desk: 1st Level Support;
- End User Support: Responsible for 2nd Level and 3rd Level IT Support
- Technical Services: Responsible for Infrastructure tools and products
- Networks & Telephony: Responsible for the communication data lines for branches and headquarters
- Asset Management: Responsible for the asset management processes for end user hardware and software
- Monitor the progress of the project
- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team
- Create a detailed work plan
- Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
- Review the project schedule
