Für ein Projekt bei einem unserer Kunden (Finanzdienstleister) suchen wir eine/n Berater/in für:Support on a subset of operational process and service specific topics in the department "Networks & Operational Security".
In particular we are searching for a Consultant (Junior or Senior) who will support us in the following:
Support in the definition and set-up of a "Continual Improvement Process" for existing operational processes like Incident Management, Problem Management, etc.
Definition of reporting requirements and quality assurance within the existing processes
Creation of documentation, training material, etc.
Delivery of service specifications for the "Networks & Operational Security" department based on incoming requests
Support in Escalation Management process definitions and enhancements
Support of IT Project Managers in day to day activities
General conditions:
full time assigment (daily 8h)
Location: Frankfurt / Eschborn
until 30.09.2015 (with the possibility for contract extension)
Start Date: asap
Fluently in German and English (English is a must!)
General understanding of operational IT processes (no detailed Network knowledge required, but of course this would be an asset)
