Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,wir sind momentan auf der Suche nach einem geeigneten Projekt Manager für ein Projekt im Bankenbereich.
End User Technologies Department is responsible for following areas:
IT User Help Desk : 1st Level Support;
End User Support : Responsible for 2nd Level and 3rd Level IT Support for Branches and Headquarters;
Technical Services : Responsible for Infrastructure tools and products such as Mail Service, Active Directory Service, Anti-Virus Service, File Services, Self Service Devices for Branches and other user related infrastructure services;
Networks & Telephony: Responsible for the communication data lines for branches and headquarters in Germany and for the fixed and mobile telephony service;
Asset Management: Responsible for the asset management processes for end user hardware and software in Germany; Order management and IMAC/D process in Germany including opening, close and movement of branches;
Experience:
- IT Project Management experience in End User Area (minimum 2 years)
- Good Presentation Skills
- Problem solving skills
Technical Skills:
- Windows 7 Environment
- SCCM 2012
- Application Testing
Expected Activities:
- Create appointments with users, explain the solution deployed and create the communication/training strategy;
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project;
- Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project;
- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards;
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project;
- Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities;
- Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required;
- Prioritize project incident solving
