Tätigkeit:For one of our clients from the finance sector we are looking for a consultant (f/m). The position includes the following tasks: support in the definition and set-up of a continual improvement process for existing operational processes such as incident management and problem management, definition of reporting requirements and quality assurance within the existing processes, creation of documentation and training material, delivery of service specifications based on incoming requests, support in escalation management process definitions and enhancements and support of IT project managers in day to day activities. This position requires a very good general understanding of operational IT processes as well as fluent spoken and written English and German. Experience with process management tools like Bizagi, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office would be advantageous. Project start: as soon as possible. Project end: 30.09.2015 (possible extension).
