The Primavera Business Change Process Analyst is responsible to deliver the standard BIP Primavera P6 solution for our customer in the railway business. He/she support the business in all process change activities related to the deployment of Primavera. He/She supports the Optimised Integrated Planning roll
out by managing the local functions, divisions and capabilities, ensuring the business is ready for the deployment of P6 and supported by change management for the functional Subject Matter Experts (SME).
Responsibilities:
- Analyse the local business requirements in terms of the To Be' and As Is' to Primavera business process descriptions
- Perform gap analysis related to both business process change requirements, work flow and system functionality
- Participated in the Primavera technical team to develop & deliver local training material and create documentation to support changes to local processes
- Managed and participated in deployment project to validate, prepare, and migrate users
- Creat strong alliance with the planning team and other stakeholders to create a cohesive change management process shared across multiple sites
- Facilitating workshops with Subject Matter Experts
- Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements for the division(s)
- Identifying issues and risks
- Integrate with other analysts and specialists representing different functions
- Understand market trends and solutions, asses existing solutions against them supported by the team and infrastructure architect
- Support the implementation of standardization, simplification and integration of processes/technologies according to the customers Core definitions
