We’re seeking a talented Global Certified CRM Administrator to administer Salesforce.com andwork with users and other stakeholders to support functionality on the Salesforce.com platform.
This position will also participate in the planning, execution and deployment of future Salesforce
projects throughout our global organization. Working with the rest of the Salesforce Project
Team, they will help define requirements and implement changes based on best practices.
This role will be focused on improving productivity and the user experience. They will closely
monitor, provide solutions, or manage the escalation of all user issues. They will serve as the
subjectmatter expert for the business and work closely with the IT development teams and 3rd party solution vendors to define, test and rollout solutions. This role will play a critical handson role in ensuring data quality through deduplication,
standardization, verification, import/export, etc. Leveraging experience with builtin admin,
reporting and development tools, they will also capture, access, extract and process data for
strategic data analysis as requested by the business. An ideal candidate for this role is a selfstarter, has a passion for customer success, loves
technical challenges and has prior experience administrating a complex, customized
Salesforce.com implementation in a fastpaced, matrixed environment.
