Role:
Work with Global Divisions and corporate staff to develop lean global quality systems
Lead Cross functional teams for problem solving activities and quality response with customers.
Lead tracking and incorporation of permanent corrective actions ofr quality issues
Support business units with any customer specific audits
Participate and lead internal and external audits
Assure systemic corrective actions are implemented across all facilities for issues found through Internal and External audits
Interface with supplier and customer quality representatives concerning problems with quality concerns and assure that Quality response teams are responsive to customer requirements and requests
Share best practice across all facilities
Customer visits to review performance and concerns at assembly plants
Support development of global KPI's and launch across all facilities
Skills & Experienced required:
Excellent problem solving skills
Minimum of 5 years experience of Quality system experience in automotive components.
Six Sigma Qualification is preferred
Complete understanding of APQP process and documents
Audit experience/certification in TS/ISO/QS/VDA/CQI
Expertise in applied statistics, especially as related to process capability and gage/measurement system validation
Strong project management skills
Ability to lead and work with international teams
Degree in Engineering
