Beschreibung
Aufgaben:- Management of all necessary test levels (SW unit test to Vehicle Testing)
- Implementation of a risk based test (OEM-supply of SW releases every two weeks)
- Decision making on what level of testing should be carried out
- Priority Management - key decision making on test support of additional SW releases versus other background tasks
- Management of all current test resources
- Daily contact with the customers engineering team and project management
- Influence and push back against "non value add" OEM requests
- Frequent travel required (Europe)
Qualifikationen:
- Experience as a Test Manager in the automotive field
- Project Management Experience - confidence in leading teams and decision making
- Emphasis on embedded SW-Development projects
- Experience with driver assistance systems would be nice
- Experience in customer contact and dealing with OEM's
- Ability to be calm in critical situations
- Business fluent English skills
- Willingness to frequent travel
