We are currently recruiting for our client, a Global IT & Telecommunications Organisation for a SAP Project Leader to join their project in Germany.Position Title: SAP Project Leader- Germany
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: April 2015
Duration: 3 months rolling

Responsibilities:
- Management of SAP implementation projects in all phases: project initiation, project planning, implementation, monitoring and completion;
- Focus in logistics processes. FI skills desirable;
- Project management with budget, quality and accountability for results;
- Lead and manage project teams, and possibly also sub- projects;
- Manage external services providers;
- Communication with departments and stakeholders;
- Report to steering committees;
- Risk assessment and communication in the project.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Higher Education ideally in business and IT and equivalent work experience;
- Ideally certification in project management and SAP implementation project management;
- Deep understanding of business processes in the areas of finance, controlling, purchasing, logistics, maintenance for estimating risks or evaluation of solutions and alternatives;
- Ability to communicate with users and IT team;
- Experience in conflict management both internally and externally;
- High target and solution orientation;
- Assertiveness;
- Desirable: Experience with service processes or implementation and maintenance processes;
- Fluent German and English.
