We are currently recruiting for our client, a Global IT & Telecommunications Organisation for a Technical Project Manager to join their project in Germany.Position Title: Technical Project Manager - Germany

Responsibilities:
- Technical Project Manager in charge of the coordination and steering of all relevant aspects of the transition project to replace trouble ticket solution:
-- requirements management with internal and external customers;
-- project scope (including the creation of rough concepts);
-- project plan / tracking of internal and external resources;
-- supplier management including escalation management;
-- risk management;
-- issue management;
-- budget and cost management (In charge the total cost of ownership ( TCO);
-- change management (technical and customer related);
-- test management;
-- setup and coordination of training;
- Transfer of operational and financial processes into technical solutions to provide managed service solutions;
- Technical expert in the area of trouble ticket workflow and workforce management systems supporting the LCM (life cycle management):
-- requirements management;
-- problem management;
-- release management;
-- change management;
- Preparation and execution of status reporting and status presentation in steering boards;
- Acts as a "single point of contact" ( SPOC ) for all topics around the project;
- In charge, coordination and steering of all relevant aspects of the project and life cycle management of a solution.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Detailed knowledge of trouble ticket workflow and workforce management solution
- Deep knowledge of operation processes of a mobile network and fix network operator and the related tool solution
- more than 5 years professional experience in the field of software projects and implementation of complex software systems > 2 years professional experience as a Project Manager
- Good knowledge of 2G, 3G and 4G mobile networks
- Sound knowledge in the support section processes according to ITIL
- Basic UNIX / LINUX / Windows knowhow
- Works independently and impartially
- Very good analytical and communication skills
- Very good skills to convert to analyze requirements and specifications
- Ability to coordinate escalation with customers and suppliers in an international team
- Team Player
- Language skills : very good English spoken and written.
