Aufgabe:
- Play the role of a Project manager for the project Information Model for Distribution, covering all core
Distribution Business areas.
- Develop information models for certain Distribution business projects, e.g. projects within Field Force
Management and Advanced Asset Management capabilities.
- Lead the process from methodology point of view to build widely accepted Business information model
framework for Distribution, as well as for the particular projects.
- Prepare the necessary documentation tracking the project status and all results.
- Report to the Programme Manager of the Distribution Leaders Group IT Initiative.
- Participate as a senior architecture consultant within the Distribution Flexible Architecture project.
- Assist in the development of IT solution architectures for a certain Distribution business projects,
following the existing Reference Architecture, e.g. projects within Field Force Management and
Advanced Asset Management capabilities.
- Advise on the methodological approach concerning the Architecture Framework development.
- Actively participate within the further development of the Domain Distribution Architecture Framework.
- Advise on the Service Oriented Architecture aspect, during the development
of the Architecture Framework.
- Participate during on-line and face to face meetings.
- Report to the Project Manager of the Distribution Flexible Architecture project.
Fach-Skills:
- Experience with design and implementation of service oriented architectures (SOA);
- Experience with development of information data models, incl. information objects and their relationships;
- Project management background, incl. time planning, tasks allocation, prioritization, budgeting, managing dependencies,
detect project risks and foreseen their mitigation, etc.
- Project management certification, e.g. PMI Agile Certified Practitioner and/or PMP;
- Experience in enterprise architecture management;
- Certification in enterprise architecture management methodology is beneficial,
e.g. TOGAF Certified IT Architect;
- Previous experience with enterprise architecture management tools is beneficial;
- English professional.
Soft-Skills:
- Good communication skills to be able to explain solutions/ideas to executive staff, business sponsors
and technical ressources in clear concise language
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Structured, creative and target oriented person with a proactive way of working
