Our client is currently setting up a new business division and aiming to provide the next generation of innovative communications solutions.

On behalf of our client, Manning Global is currently look for:

Position Title: Team Assistant
Position Type: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Dusseldorf, Germany

Responsibilities:
- Administrative support.
- Coordination of meetings, phone calls and mail-management.
- Being the first interface on the location.
- Planning of business trips.
- Documentation of business meetings.
- Independent office management.
- Daily support and assistance to the management.

Qualifications/Professional experiences Required:
- Commercial experience in office management.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and German language, other languages are a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
