For one of our client we are looking for Technical Architect:Main tasks:
- Define and create hardware product variants for client’s Smart Energy solution for German market
- Define architecture of Smart Meter communication hub for German energy market
- Define detailed technical specification of Smart Meter communication hub for German energy market
- Understand and point out impact on 2G/LTE Mobile network (e.g. capacity requirements) created by communication Hub
- Understand regulations and limitations of RF-ID Frequency Band (868 MHz) for Meshed Network approach
- Discuss/agree with 3rd party suppliers / partner companies on end-to-end architecture for existing Smart Metering hardware components
- Prepare / lead interoperability tests between client and 3rd party devices
- Support sales team in terms of detailed technical discussion with potential customer
Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of connectivity and networks (mobile network, PLC, Mesh networks etc.)
- Good understanding of electro architectural topics - design of radio components
- Experienced in strategic discussions with 3rd party suppliers /partner companies to agree on target architecture
- good knowledge in smart energy technologies (standards, regulation etc.)
