Responsibilities:
- Drives cross-portfolio solution selling through expert consultative support on Huawei's full suite of enterprise products and services
- Accurately translates and aligns customer (direct/indirect) business needs with Huawei solutions for targeted BUs
- Provides technical direction to delivery on key transition initiatives
- Promotes innovation and thought leadership in key accounts.
- Conceives and creates new technology programs to support ongoing business and future business growth
- Contingent on the scope and complexity of opportunities coordinates the input of domain experts as required
- Works pragmatically with partners and customer IT to accommodate customers’ vendor preferences while, in parallel, building share of wallet within an account
- Creates the functional and technical designs essential for guiding solution development
- Understands client's internal management alliances and shapes client thinking on technology direction
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Excellent knowledge of the IT environment and its future trends
- Ability to communicate complex technical contents plainly and simply
- Strong consulting & Pre-Sales skills, flexibility and resourcefulness
- Depth and experience in one or more of the following: Server, Storage, Virtualization
- Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills
- Analytical problem solving: ability to use systematic approaches, knowledge of tools (Customer Value Interviewing, Portfolio Analysis)
- Ability to understand in depth IT key competitors, anticipate their moves and deploy deal winning tactics
- Creativity: Ability to generate unique and novel solutions to meet customer needs
- Decisiveness: Ability to make the right decisions quickly on available information and take action
- Leadership: Ability to influence or persuade the opinions of others in a desired direction
- Strength and experience in developing and delivering customer solutions in network industry
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior executives at client firms, industry leaders and partners throughout the value chain
