Ihre Aufgaben
- Responsible of Recreational Vehicles (RV) and Marine business in defined territories, hereby:
- Analysis of the market in these countries
- Train, support and steer the countries sales team (First interface for company subsidiaries and managing requests until completion)
- Define the market development strategy and leadership of the sales action plan
- Acquisition of new projects for the key OEM customers and project management (internally as well as externally)
- Set-up and deployment of sales actions in the aftermarket to animate and also develop the network
- Set-up marketing strategy, fair concepts, journalists CRM in cooperation with our marketing department
- Monitoring of company subsidiaries
- Close look to the market to generate new product ideas
Ihr Profil
- University degree in Engineering (with economical background) or economical studies (with technical background)
- Several years (> 10 years) of professional experience in RV or Marine sale
- Attraction for RV and Marine
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking, strong cost awareness and high solution orientation as well as intercultural knowledge
- Fluent English, fluent German, additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel (about 30% per month)
