Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2818 for a Senior Project Manager (f/m) Service Model Transition.Project environment
A Swiss Bank is looking for a Senior Project Manager. This tactical release project mainly focuses on the creation of a sound basis for the Service Model Transition in general (“Transition Portal”).
Tasks
• Get technical readiness for the Asia Rollout.
• Support the line management in the tracking of the Service Model Transition.
• Further improve:
o the Relationship Manager Dashboard for the Front (consider pilot user feedback) and introduce new features.
o the Investment Dashboard with regard to middle office processes (e.g. exception handling, creation of switch recommendations).
o the Transition Portal.
• Implement further technical improvements.
• Global alignment of investment checks including control function.
Requirements
• Focus is on Project Management skills – particularly planning, tracking and coordination.
• Equivalent IPMA level B or PMP.
• Experience in managing IT projects with international reach and close involvement of team members from Asia (e.g. Singapore).
• Experience with IT-projects in big, international organizations.
• Sound general Swiss banking background and experience in private banking.
• Ability to manage stakeholders expectations and scope.
• Target oriented, pushing forward the project.
• Strong planner, ensuring dependencies are also considered properly.
• Fluent in German and English.
