Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2815 for a Project Manager (f/m) Delivery & Program Management.Project environment
A global Swiss Bank.
Tasks
• Delivery & Program Management within an agile environment.
• Manage independently IT "change the bank" projects and ad hoc initiatives with high visibility and management attention.
• Assess the impact of requirements resulting from regulatory changes, strategic and business development initiatives on existing / future IT environment.
• Monitor progress, administrate costs and resources, and raise items for discussion in Steering and Management Committees.
• Develop strong relationships with / cooperate closely with infrastructure, IT Risk / Compliance, IT architecture, IT Group Internal Audit and Business Continuity Management.
• Co-ordinating work across multiple teams in multiple locations.
• Planning (both short term release planning and longer term portfolio planning).
• Release Management.
• Working with the banks production support team to address any urgent issues.
Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience in IT project management within a global financial service company.
• 3+ years’ experience leading global agile teams.
• Experience of working on large scale, multi-location, multi-team projects.
• Financial / budget management experience .
• People management.
• Leadership skills and the capability of interacting independently with senior management.
• Strong problem solving and synthesizing skills.
• Positive attitude, team player, flexible personality, ability to cope with pressure, intellectual flexibility and willingness to go for challenges.
• Hands-on and result-oriented working attitude, can-do mentality.
• Strong communication (oral and written), presentation and interpersonal skills.
