Project environment

A global Swiss Insurance Company is looking for for a Business Analyst to support the Payroll & Other Benefits project, which is part of a larger HR programme. The candidate works as business analyst for Payroll and supports the roll-out of the Global Payroll implementation project within Payroll & Other Benefits.

Tasks

• Transition into operations.
• Monitoring of the Replication Monitors SF/GV and SF/HCMS.
• Make sure together with the input teams that the logs are constantly cleared.
• First level support for the input teams with regard replication monitor question.
• Responsible to inform the Program and the Operations Responsible in case increasing backlogs.
• Document the process changes and improvements acquired in the three month.
• Guarantee the knowledge exchange between the team.
• Train India HR before go live on the replication monitor.

Requirements

• Subject matter expertise in SF (Success Factors) and SAP.
• Good working knowledge of the Success factors system. Any know-how of the SF-SAP PY integration is a big plus.

• Ability to work in a virtual multilocal project environment.
