Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2721 for a Business Analyst (f/m) with FX experience.Project environment
A global Swiss Bank in Zurich.
Tasks
• Delivery of the project deliverables according to the project mandate (quality, time, costs).
• Adequate communication and reporting of project status to relevant business partners.
• Adequate involvement of all global stakeholders in project process if necessary.
• Correct alerting and escalation of project risks to stakeholders, Steering Committee and project sponsor.
Requirements
• Experience in project/ analysis management or have worked in delivering project.
• Strong FX/PM product experience, Operations and or Middle office experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good technical and workflow know-how.
• Capable to run workshops with different project members.
Soft skills
• Target-oriented, solution-driven.
• Contemporary leadership skills (Motivator).
• Good communication and presentation skills across different management levels.
• Diplomatic skills, can create consensus between different interests.
