For our client in Denmark we are currenty looking for a Technical Project Manager Offshore.Co-ordinate the appropriate resources and provide support for a given project (covering National regulation compliance, Company technical specified standards, and provide expertise input to reach compliance to the applicable standards ).
Review of applicable contractual requirements risk assessments (technical standards, specifications, etc).
Executing tenders and projects in accordance with BV’s quality, safety and time base management objectives
Maintain the accreditations on the existing product portfolio in close cooperation with other stakeholders of accreditation responsibilities.
Managing the tender and project team with appropriate department representatives to ensure that the tender and/or project is executed within cost and schedule limitations and established standards and prime contract specifications.
Manage with the offshore team all activities in terms of documentation, complaints and information to internal departments and customers considering legal constraints
inspection/surveillance/assessment during procurement, fabrication and construction, installation and commissioning on-site and offshore for Projects, or
on-going onshore/offshore examinations and assessments during the operation of the Installation
Ensure the internal and external communication and co-operation at all levels of responsibility to guarantee technical support and advice
Review and validation of inspection assignment documentation (technical aspects, reference documentation, schedule, milestones, reporting, logistics, co-ordination procedure, etc)
Maintain close contact with client throughout the project to ensure clients satisfaction.
Continuous learning and developing in area of responsibility
Your Profile:
HNC/HND/Degree in Engineering or equivalent recognised experience
Danish language mothertongue, English
Recognised experience in Project Delivery and Team Management.
Recognised knowledge and experience of the design, construction, and commissioning of Oil & Gas Installations.
Good knowledge of Offshore Legislation, its implementation and interactions.
Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with the Client at all levels to discuss positive and negative issues and resolve problems.
Be flexible and adaptable to work simultaneously for multiple Projects and Clients involving varied technical challenges.
