To strengthen our Middle Europe Team, we are currently looking for a Freelance Technical Event Coordinator (m/w).WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The Technical Event Coordinator (Freelancer) will support our Technical Event Team. He/She will also help support the maintenance of our local Axis Experience Centre.
The position is part time. Appr. 60% (3 days per week).
AEC TECH SUPPORT (approx. 20% of working time)
- Supporting the maintenance of our Axis Experience Centre (AEC)
- Supporting the planning and execution of new installations in our AEC
- Updating Firmware and Software
- Installing new cameras in our AEC
- Implementing Axis solutions, as well as them from development partners
- Preparing special setups for customer meetings
TECH EVENT SUPPORT (approx. 80% of working time)
- Supporting our Technical Event Coordinator who is overall responsible for our technical event material
- Preparing material for events, including checking returned material
- Setting up and designing different “Event packages” that are bookable through our marketing and sales employees
- Designing new technical concepts for our events
- Maintaining equipment and material including software updates and other configurations
- Coordinating and preparing mobile testing setups as the needs arise
- Performing on-site event support
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Working experience from a similar role is seen as an advantage, but is not a must
- Good knowledge about Windows and Network design
- Strong technical affinity
- Enthusiasm about future technologies
- Hands On attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Friendly and open character; patience; being service minded towards customers and colleagues
- Good skills in English and German (written and verbal)
