The Technical Event Coordinator (Freelancer) will support our Technical Event Team. He/She will also help support the maintenance of our local Axis Experience Centre.The position is part time. Appr. 60% (3 days per week).
- Supporting the maintenance of our Axis Experience Centre (AEC)
- Supporting the planning and execution of new installations in our AEC
- Updating Firmware and Software
- Installing new cameras in our AEC
- Implementing Axis solutions, as well as them from development partners
- Preparing special setups for customer meetings
- Technical Event Support (approx. 80% of working time)
- Supporting our Technical Event Coordinator who is overall responsible for our technical event material
- Preparing material for events, including checking returned material
- Setting up and designing different “Event packages” that are bookable through our marketing and sales employees
- Designing new technical concepts for our events
- Maintaining equipment and material including software updates and other configurations
- Coordinating and preparing mobile testing setups as the needs arise
- Performing on-site event support
