To fit this role, candidates should have previously worked in a similar role and have the relevant work experience.
Good ability to communicate in English & German in speech and writing is mandatory.

- VoIP devices L2 Support experience
- Cisco Unified Communication and Call Manager administration
- End User t-hoot and VoIP build assistance
- Pickup/Hunt group, Andtek t-Shooting and configuration
- ISDN/SIP protocol and L2 Troubleshooting
- Fluent German and English speaking skill - Mandatory
