SAP HCM Successfactors ConsultantAs SAP HCM SuccessFactors Functional Consultant you will be providing improvements to the firms' current solution, ensuring the needs of the business are met. You will utilise your excellent stakeholder management skills to work closely with senior management and colleagues alike to provide HR and Payroll specific technical and process expertise, while also handling the resolution of business issues to ensure delivery against the current technical roadmap. Overall, you will be responsible for SAP payroll implementation projects, including the specification and testing of system enhancements, as well as being the go-to person for SAP Payroll related queries.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive knowledge of SAP payroll.
- Strong configuration and testing skills within SAP HCM. Knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA), Organisational Management (OM) and Flexible Benefits would be highly advantageous.
- Experience working across the full project life cycle, including requirements analysis, process design, gap analysis through to production support.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Working proficiency in German (language) is a huge bonus but not essential
