- Sales & Service cloud feature knowledge
- CPQ, other app exchange apps
- Reports, dashboards
Development:
- Talk to/act as solution/technical/system architect
- Ability to adopt best practice coding and testing
- Component Design capabilities
- Experience in developing in and configuration of Classic UI and Lightning + upgrading from Classic UI to Lightning
- Data Migration
- Middleware, Integration patterns.
- Deployments using GIT
Way of working:
- Scrum + Kanban
- DEVOPS
- JIRA
- Business coordination, RM processes, effort/costs estimations
- Presales, presentations, or could propose a strategy around a problem statement (eg classic to lightning switch; data migration strategy)
Other requirements:
- Knowledge of/experience in GDPR
- Knowledge of/experience in Telco organizations
- Knowledge of/experience in ITIL processes
- Experience in large organizations where IT delivery is organized based on an onsite/offshore model
- Proficient in English, both speaking and writing
- German language is a big plus
- Ability to co-locate with the team on site in Germany (Mon-Thursday)
