Broad experience and understanding of traditional Infrastructure and Managed Hosting (datacenter, server, storage, network and virtualization) and new/emerging Cloud technologies (VMware, AWS, Azure)
Proven track record of delivering customer based outcomes reliant on this technology
Broad understanding of customer needs in various market verticals including how solutions are developed
CIO, CTO and Director level customer facing skills and the ability to communicate the merits of teh client solutions at a level suitable for the audience
Strong influencing skills both internally and externally with customers and third parties and the ability to relate to, lead and coach and synthesise information from diverse technical and service levels (E.g., engineers, process developers, project managers) for customers, bid teams and leadership understanding
Ability to travel throughout Germany
Fluent in German and English
Theoretical Part:
Examining the assets of the customer to determine level of Infrastructure is needed
Examining the client to identify requirements and capacity
Designing and plan to estimate first draw of an solution
Explaining datacenter Infrastructure components to solve problems to clients, as well as all related costs (Managed osting, Virtualisation, Network, Storage, Firewall)
Writing and presenting solutions based on the findings, afterwards figure out the right solution
Long-time experience (at least 5-7 years)
Written evidence (eg Passed Exams) from the manufacturer/supplier that the candidate is qualified for the job (Itil, VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, MCA, ITIL)
Fluent German and English in written and spoken
Practical Part:
On site consulting – Presales – Vmware, Microsoft
Implementing security Countermeasures measures for our clients, providing technical supervision
Creating a standard proposal based on clients Portfolio
