Aufgabe:As part of the SAP SuccessFactors implementation, we are faced with the challenge of connecting our SAP HCM
systems with an appropriate interface. We are therefore looking for an interface analyst who can support us in the
work package.
SAP SuccessFactors has already been rolled out at six RUAG international locations and is to be connected to
three independent SAP HCM country systems in summer 2019. Since the SAP HCM country systems are
individually configured, a synergetic interface from SAP SuccessFactors is to be created nevertheless. For this
purpose, the SAP Cloud Connector technology will be used.
Work specification
- Creation of the necessary specification for these connection(s)
- Rough concept of the main challenges: Org.Chart versus OM, position management 1:n versus 1:1, etc.
- Detailed specification(s) for interface implementation

Anforderung:
- proven SAP HCM expert/analyst/specialist
- proven SAP SuccessFactor expert/analyst/specialist
- and thus expert in data structures in SF and HCM
