Your tasks:
• Serve as SME for all tools and services available to Internet Marketing partners, particularly on Internet Marketing’s APIs and Feeds
• Build and enhance technical documentation for partners
• Prepare in-person technical training modules and administer training for new managed and strategic partners
• Create a consistent and valued technical onboarding experience by developing and scaling repeatable methodologies and proven best practices
• Cooperate with Internet Marketing and Account Management team to ensure seamless handoffs, happy partners, and that your work is supporting the Internet Marketing Partner Success and Business Development goals
• Keep our partners’ best interests in mind, acting as their internal advocate and trusted advisor to ensure they are set up for success
• Provide thought leadership on API and tool improvement. Identify opportunities to improve our tools, Feeds, APIs, or other technical development to unblock partner growth
• Serve as Voice of the Customer and point-of-escalation for technical problems raised by partners and escalate these issues to Internet Marketing’s Product and Development teams. Connect and identify the right resources for issue resolution and escalation management. Prioritize and drive resolution on escalated issues
Your experience:
• Experience using or supporting APIs
• Proven track record in technical problem solving
• 3+ years relevant working experience (account management, consulting, or technical support)
• BS in technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline) OR significant relevant experience and proven ability
Your skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Demonstrated prowess in learning new tools and technologies
