Role and responsibilities:
Resolve single and cross technology incidents independently.
Perform maintenance for Back End infrastructure
Ensure Configuration Management Database entries are complete and accurate
Skills required:
Fluent German
Windows Server
Windows Cluster (File and SQL)
SCOM (Administration: Configuration; troubleshooting)
SQL
Powershell
