Beschreibung
Aufgabe:- Ensuring the monitoring of the running application operation
- Processing (analysis, workaround, correction) of application malfunctions/errors triggered by system users or messages
- Locating, isolating and eliminating faults, initiating technical avoidance and/or escalation procedures
- Clarification and elimination of faulty system states
- Creation of customer-specific evaluations/statistics with key figures on business transactions
- Performing coordination tasks between application users and IT departments
- Execution of routine data cleansing and data maintenance functions on behalf of customers
- Collaboration in project groups regarding the maintenance and further development of interfaces between different applications
- SAP user / authorization administration
- Create, update, maintain and manage the documentation required for application operation (operating manual, user manual, instructions, etc.).
Anforderung:
- Experience in SAP
- Computer scientist with federal FC with proven professional experience as ICT system specialist, at best higher vocational school
- Fluent in German and good in English
