• Support for users and intern customers in Software and Hardware sector
• Ensure a high user satisfication through fulfilling our agreed Service Levels
• Support IT rollout Project by providing Software packages and Client installationsQualifications
• Good Knowledge in current Hardware / Software (MS Windows, MS Office, etc.)
• Long working experience in handling with one of the common OS- / Software Deployment Systems
• Working experience in the 1-2nd Level Support
• Fluent german and english skills, written and spokenApply
