IT Desktop Support Engineer (German Speaking)
One of my leading clients is looking for an IT Desktop Support Engineer who can speak German fluently. This is a contract duration for 12-18 months. The ideal start date is early November 2018
The IT Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for;
- Maintain agreed service levels and deadlines
- Support end-users on any issues related to Hardware (Laptop, Desktop, Printers and Mobile devices) and introduction of new services
- Support Data centre Operation and Networks operation by providing touch services when requested
- Plan, prepare and document of maintenance activities (such as hardware firmware, software upgrades and project roll out).
- On call duties as required
The IT Desktop Support Engineer should have the following:
- At least 3+ years of experience in IT
- Experience in IT hardware (Laptop, Desktop, Printers and Mobile devices etc.)
- Experience in 2nd line support with IT Hardware
- Native or Fluent German is very important, including good English
