Video Solution Architect - ENGLISH speaking Business working Environment
Major Responsibilities
- Enable collaboration between Cisco and Microsoft environments (propose solutions and system architecture improvements)
- Maintaining and enhancing the Cisco Telepresence infrastructure environment
- Operational duties to support the videoconferencing service (incident resolution and problem management)
- Collaborating with several parties to assure service and maintain uptime
- More than 16,000 WebEx users that have to be moved to MS Teams
- Responsible for contributing in the following areas:

Interoperability between Cisco/Teams

Broadcast/Streaming solutions

Collaboration Room Evolution
KEY SKILLS:
- Design, Build and Test Real Time collaboration solutions
- Experience with Pexip, BlueJeans, Polycom RealConnect or similar
- Broadcasting and Streaming solutions
- Networking & Security concepts
- Skype For Business/Lync
- Experience with Linux & Windows OS
- Cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS)
- Coding/Scripting (python, Java, ruby, etc.) - nice to have
- Fluent in English (German language skills are not required)
