Primary Experience:
Strong experience in Administering Informatica Server (experience on version Informatica 10.0 and above is good to have).
Responsible for administration of Information Server including starting and stopping of Informatica services, checking logs and server housekeeping activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Informatica server and End user clients. Work with Informatica vendor and Infra team if required to resolve issues independently.
Work on regular backups, monitoring etc. and automate these.
Create and Manage repository and create folders for users, groups, assign rights and privileges etc.
Assist ETL developers with issues related to access, configuration or any other infrastructure related issues.
Manage Informatica Servers by monitoring disk space, memory, CPU etc. and Manage licenses.
Experience with ETL Code deployments (repository, folder, workflow and mapping level etc.).
Ability to work Independently, Customer facing and strong communication and analysis skills is mandatory.
