PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The DBS Pricing and Commercials Team owns global service pricing and drives the creation of commercial artifacts for all services offered by DBS. In collaboration with the regions, the team ensures correct pricing and VSOE compliance for our offerings. In addition, the team is responsible for defining the commercial strategy for our DBS services E2E, including the development of new pricing, contracting documents and commercial models.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

. Conduct regular pricing updates using Microsoft Access Database and SAP internal tools
. Support IFRS15 accounting and SOX compliance requirements with consolidating global pricing data from SAP systems (CRM, ISP) and SAP internal pricing tools in MS Access Database
. Support contract template administration
. Coordination of global services contract scope document internal JAM site
. Maintenance of sap.com (service descriptions), publishing
. Maintenance JAM site (roughly 400 documents in about 20 languages)
. Manage new translation requests, Coordination of SLS, organize translation review by local reviewers
. Other administration duties/projects as assigned
. Delivery of newsletters content, Jam Page content, etc.
. Ensure that all Material and Jam Pages are kept up to date

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

. Currently enrolled as Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
. Language Skills: Fluency in both oral and written English and German
. Computer Skills: Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel, Access and PowerPoint and Word
. Soft Skills: Proactive, structured, accurate approach, sensitive to quality
. Must be able to turn ideas and concepts into visually relevant and effective material
. Ability to interact and influence others and welcoming of feedback and suggestions
. Must be able to keep confidences with private and/or confidential information
. Organized, detail-oriented and can manage time effectively with prioritization skills.
. Others: Experience in creation of presentation material is of advantage
