Applications Oasis (the company Smart In surtech), their interfaces and possibly newly implemented applications during the commissioning period.
For these systems, the following tasks have to be taken over:
Day operation
o Incident and problem management using CISM (ticket system of Daimler AG)
o Examination and assurance of import and export processing runs
o Independent or coordinative analysis and correction of errors
o Pre and post processing of meetings with departments and/or service providers
o Support for releases and system development
o Change Management using CISM
o Requirements Qualification
o Control of service providers
o Collaboration and collaboration with in-house release and integration management
o Delivery item validation
o Deployment coordination (databases and client distribution)
o Technical tests/quality assurance
As needed, work on projects related to OASIS systems
Reporting with Oracle SQL
Web form and authoring
Continuous updating of the operating documentation
Required skill set
Languages: German, English optional
Technical understanding in the areas of operating systems, middle ware, web and application Servers, network and hardware and their interaction especially for
Oracle DB incl. SQL
Contract management systems (ideally Oasis)
And basic understanding for
Drool's Rule Engine
Vaadin Framework
Windows Server
Integration platforms
Web Application Server
Professional understanding of the insurance industry
Communication skills on demand/development, project management and infrastructure levels
Analytical and methodical ability to create and evolve IT operations models
Comprehensive understanding of process modelling
Broad experience in process-oriented IT operations (eg ITIL)
Knowledge of the processes and procedures in the Daimler environment
