I have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Desktop Support Analyst to join a global financial brokerage company in their Frankfurt office. they are looking for someone to Support approximately 20 Users across Front, Middle and Back Office within a highly complex enterprise level computing environment comprised of multiple platforms including Virtual Desktops, Windows 7, Windows 10 and various core/business software applications.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is based in or around Frankfurt and is bi-lingual (German/English) to a fluent standard.
Requirements for the role are as follows:
- Experience of Desktop Support experience within Financial Services.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support of all DCMD Desktops, Virtual Desktops, thin clients and laptop hardware.
- Supporting Windows 7, Windows 10 and the Microsoft Office Suite to a high standard.
- Strong experience of imaging and upgrading desktop and laptop hardware.
- Provide 1st Line support of Blackberry Works mobile devices.
- Video Conferencing support.
- General Printer hardware support.
- Good understanding of administering DHCP and DNS.
- Familiarity with a Helpdesk Call Management system.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
