IT Support Engineer - Windows 10/IT Service desk
I am working with one of the worlds largest Pharma companies based in Munich, they're looking for a freelance or permanent IT Support Engineer to join their team. Dealing with the technical first-level support of their customers via telephone and email. Participate in systemic performance reviews, identify causes of performance issues, and make suggestions for improvement.
Required skills:
- IT education or similar and have practical experience
- IT support and/or It service desk knowledge
- Service-oriented and motivated with excellent communication skills
- Fluent English and German language
